interviews are made in heaven..

I was like any other normal fresher hunting for jobs ,the equations were always tough like a T20 match 36 runs from 6 balls and this particualr interview is one step ahead , 42 runs from 6 balls. This is virtually impossible unless you get an extra no ball,and that too if it was hit it for a six.Did i make it..?
That was my final round of interview for an MNC,This time it was 5 rounds before i came here.I was pretty confident as admission forms in to the company were already filled in and individuals photographs were already collected,There were couple of my class mates who also made it to the final round.I found people around were all tensed and all in preparation,I was wondering because i thought at final round every one would be selected as we were 120 people out of 4000 people who took the exam.
Things turned very different when my class mate(techically 500 decibels) came out with all tears from the interview room,There were four HRs who were recruiting and we all found that the success rate was just 50% to the people who entered that beared man's room.I immediately joined the devotees who prayed for any HR other than this beard man.I heard my name called and I started walking...
My prayer was very well answered as I was standing in queue before a different HR until some one was thrown out earlier from the beard's room and now i was directed there.I entered the room like a rabbit entering a den and there was this man who was busy with my files and looked at me like a one tiny object.After answering him a couple of technical question I remember i spoke little nervous and fast in that tensed moment.He stopped me and told I am speaking too fast and he gets nothing out of it.After trying too hard again i spoke in full throttle until he gave me this queer look and told 'you seem not to take my advice and speak like a over confident guy and I do not want some one like you in my concern'. More than shattered or shocked i felt very confused.I shook his hand and he wished 'Better luck next time'.
With no hope i was waiting before the HR room for my result where an HR associate would come and announce.There came this associate who looked more confused than me and told I need to give my interview one more time with a different HR.What!!!!!!......associate told me that 'The other HR was confused and he was not able to judge you so he is sending you to a different HR and it never happens this way!.....'.......I am now confused..
This HR is very straight forward and stuck to the point ,he asked me to explain my final year project and you know, what more a fresher want....I spoke like shahjahan narrating project Tajmahal. You guessed it right, I got the offer letter.....If i would have left the room now i may not be writing this testimonial ,as if to make things more dramatic when the HR asked me if i have any questions, I asked him....'What do you expect from a fresher like me'?

I am not a fan of any movie stars but what happened on a one fine morning made me to reset the thought process. the english genius....

I am notorious and popular for one thing at my school...that was my English. All my teachers believed I am good at English except my English teacher. I was always corresponded for English from letter writing to news reading at my school. I am not sure if I am good at all these but I am sure I was not as good as they imagined. I was sure that one day my unintended ingenuity and true color would be exposed but I decided to move on, who would want to shed these perks and popularity. My maths master was one of my biggest fans. I used to read problems for him from the text book in a very stylish Anglican way(he thought so..) that I was always spared from home work and low marks. I almost managed to clear the paper some how. I somehow maintained my ingenuity but for one day..... Question paper bribe....

It's been a while...may be some 15 years back....when i was in my school.I was studying 6th std and i am one of the members of the elite group who owned a Bicycle.Occasionally people use to borrow cycle from me during lunch break,either to have lunch at their home or to go to shops.There was this guy called selva of class 10 who normally likes my bicycle and often borrows for a ride to have lunch in his home. When this borrowing became an habit i started slowly to hesitate,some times i told him reasons but some how he managed to take it out with him.when i finally decided to stop giving, i told him a blunt reason that my parents would scold me and i am also not interested.A couple of days passed by and when i thought that i did tremendously well to prohibit him,he walked to me with a wicked smile,with a piece of paper.
